چکیده
The use of chemical fertilizers has resulted in the depletion soils mineral elements and telluric microorganisms. Thus, for an improvement crop growth, exploitation microorganisms such as Pseudomonas can be alternative. Laboratory work made it possible to isolate strains from rhizospheres tomato, eggplant onion. These were also tested presence different concentrations certain metals (CuSO4 ZnSO4 (0, 1, 3, 4, 5 6 mmol/l). tests carried out laboratory Cu Zn revealed a very significant reduction number colonies mmol/l. results showed better zinc tolerance both tomato onion rhizosphere strains. In Cu, strain isolated shows more heavy metals. specify their thresholds
